For our first headquarters, we renovated an historic property on the Wilmington Riverfront. Why?

- We loved Wilmington’s budding riverfront community, and wanted to support it; and,

- By re-using an existing site, we could do less harm to the environment.

Small footprint. Big impact.

We were able to support the riverfront development and the waterfront community with the development of our Dryrock site — another environmentally sensitive building, featuring a plant-filled rooftop garden.
